Quite pleased with this purchase as the range works very well. It was, however, somewhat of a challenge to figure out starting with the access panel on the back for the electrical connection. Even the delivery guys were stumped and it took about an hour to acertain how to connect the power cord. Also, programming the unit´s control panel such as setting the clock was not easy as the buttons do not seem to readily respond. Once installled, however, the range functions extremely well.

My Frigidaire stove has been exceptional. The eyes heat quickly and evenly. The oven also heats quickly and evenly and adds a nice crisp to the food. I have yet to bake anything but I™™m sure it will be just as good. Very happy with my appliance.

I had a very bad experience with my Frigidaire stove, I was cooking a broth and suddenly I heard something crack and when I looked I realized that it crashed into the glass where the pot was, I called customer service because they told me at Lowe's that I had a one year factory warranty and my stove has been around for 9 months since I bought it, and they sent a technician to check it out and it turns out that he says that I purposely broke my stove. That's absurd, who would want to break their stove, have to buy another one and stop cooking what they were cooking, not to mention the scare we got, and on top of everything the technician was super rude trying to insult us and they call me to tell me to do it the way we want but that they are not going to repair anything, it is not fair that they make those stoves of such poor quality

My wife and I liked the burner features. There are more options than other brands. The depth of the oven was so a factor, as we were replacing a drop ip in oven, and the Frigidaire oven was the right depth. We also liked the keep warm feature at the rear center of the oven.

1 year and 4 months an electrical spark on the control panel and nothing works properly. Customer service is in the Philippines and will only read off a script. Minimum charge is $310 to begin repair from Electrolux/Frigidaire as the manufacturer. Spend a little more and buy a better product from a better manufacturer

I picked this model for its look and efficiency. It's a regular electric stove top so I didn't need new cookware like an induction stove. Also, it fit nicely where I used to have a drop in oven. And the oven has a steam clean function so I can clean my oven easily without chemicals. It warns you when the stove surface is hot so you don't burn yourself, but it also heats food quickly.

replace a old electric range that was 33yrs old..with a beautiful new Frigidaire oven. i wanted to take a simple new slide in and found this little one that suits the area. it takes time to adjust the heat element on top but i roasted a beautiful turkey in the bake section. I would suggest reading the instructions and take your time to adjust...

Very attractive design and efficient heating. I didn't know that I couldn't use my large water bath canner on the glass stovetop, so that is the only drawback. Make sure all your cookware has a flat bottom.

Nice range with a glass top. The only complaint is I wish both big burners were both in the back. With the controls in the front this would be another feature. I have yet to use the steam clean but an instruction sticker on the door would be a great long term addition. The oven heats quickly and cooks evenly. Only missing the broiler tray which should be included. It would be nice to have a lip above the drawers to catch crumbs from the oven from Falling into the drawer.
